What We Collect

When you join our waitlist, we grab:

• Your name and email (so we can reach you).
• Any details you share in the “Get to Know” call (e.g., your next gig’s stakes).

Why We Use It

• To book your free 20-minute call and get you—or your teammate—ready to own the stage.
• To follow up with coaching options (only if you’re in).
• No spam, no nonsense—your inbox stays clean unless it’s us.

Legal Basis

We process your data because:

• You said “yes” by joining the waitlist (consent).
• It’s how we deliver what you signed up for (contract).

Who Gets It

• Just us— Steve Dunne, the guy running Silverback Coaching.
• If you opt for the English Delivery Boost, our native English trainers (subcontractors) might see your name and email to set up sessions. They’re bound to keep it tight.
• No third-party sales, no shady sharing—ever.

Your Rights

Under EU law, you’ve got control:

• See what we’ve got on you (access).
• Fix it if it’s wrong (rectification).
• Wipe it out (erasure—“right to be forgotten”).
• Say “stop” to emails (opt-out).
• Move it elsewhere (data portability).
• Tell us “no” to processing (object).

How Long We Keep It

• Waitlist data sticks around until you say “delete” or 12 months after our last chat, whichever’s first.
• English Boost details? Gone 6 months after your last session unless you’re still in.

Where It’s Stored

• Locked down on secure servers in the EU (e.g., “ionos” ).
• No data leaves the EU—we keep it local.

Security

• We’ve got it covered with encryption and tight access—nobody’s sneaking in.
• If something goes sideways (a breach), we’ll tell you within 72 hours, per EU rules.
